Dieu du Ciel Équinoxe du Printemps

From Dieu du Ciel – Equinoxe du printemps is brewed only once a year in January. It is aged for two months in order to attain a perfect balance in taste. Then, it is sold starting March 21st, until stocks last.

Dieu du Ciel – Dieu du Ciel Équinoxe du Printemps – 12 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. 9.5% abv. From Bobby in IN.

Appearance: Pours a vibrant dark amber with a head that subsided to a mere film.

Aroma: Bubble gum and maple sugar.

Taste: Dark fruit and bread crust.

Mouthfeel: Syrupy with low carbonation.

Overall: A beautiful, sweet beer.  I really enjoyed this.
