Cantillon Saint Lamvinus
From Cantillon – The grapes, of the merlot and cabernet-franc varieties, are soaked in Bordeaux barrels containing two to three years old lambic. The beer is not blended before the bottling. The foam is caused by the addition of a liquor which starts the fermentation.

Appearance: Pours dark red no head. Sparse bubbles.
Aroma: Red fruit, lemonade as well as passion fruit.
Taste: Cork. Apple skin, unripe brambles, light red white vinegar.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low carbonation.
Overall: Very tasty, balanced and refreshing.
