From Brooklyn Brewery – Belgian-inspired bottle-conditioned strong dark abbey ale, with sweet orange peel and raw wildflower honey from a local family apiary.

Appearance: Pours a reddish brown with a tight creamy cap.

Aroma: Honey, orange blossom, dark fruit and a hint of milk chocolate.

Taste: Spicy yeast, chocolate, honey finishing with spicy hops.

Mouthfeel: Sticky and fizzy.

Overall: The main event of any tasting.  An amazing bold, balanced complex beer. Not too sweet, not to thick not to thin. I love this beer.
