Appearance: Pours a midnight brown with a fluffy, frothy khaki head.

Aroma: Baking chocolate, roasted dark roasty malts,and  hazel nut.

Taste: Dark chocolate, roasted malt, burnt toast, light or medium roasted coffee and spicy hops.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, medium carbonation.

Overall: A real solid porter that rivals the flavor profile of a good sturdy dry stout.
