From Ballast Point – Brewed with madras curry, cayenne pepper, cumin, toasted coconut, and kaffir lime leaf, Indra Kunindra is a 9% ABV stout brewed in collaboration with homebrewer Alex Tweet. It was brewed for Holiday Wine Cellar’s 46th Anniversary Homebrewers Competition.

Appearance: Pours black with a ring of tan around the edge.
Aroma: Curry powder, fresh squeezed lime, lime essence and hidden roast.
Taste: Curry, lime, dark chocolate. Cayenne pops out after the first sip and coats down to the throat.
Mouthfeel: Spicy, full bodied, super creamy.
Overall: Amazing amazing! Jonny Fullpint didn’t care for it, I was doing backflips for it. I hope Ballast Point considers this for AT LEAST a once a year release.
