This is an IPA that screams with hop aromas and flavors, but it also has the great taste and the drinkability that you expect from a Tallgrass Beer.

Yes, it’s clocked at 110 IBU’s, but the bite of the hops is matched by a nice malt foundation. Hoppy yes, but tasty too.

ETHOS IPA is more legend than beer. More myth than malt. This is the kind of beer that makes you want to write ballads, build monuments, and sacrifice goats…not necessarily in that order.
