Paradise By The Dash Board Lights – A Doubly Blessed Imperial Cherry Porter.
Yes, it will finally be tapped and sold in 4-packs here in the Tasting Room. We saved the tapping for “Survive The Night With Stacey” night… as an inducement to suffer poor service and come see Stacey working behind the bar. Paradise By The Dash Board Lights is our “base” Imperial Porter with the addition of tart red cherry puree. It is a bit of a balancing act… getting just enough cherry into the beer that the flavor comes through… but no so much that you do not taste the imperial porter. I think we balanced it just right… the tartness and cherry flavor come through early… and then the roastiness of the dark malts finish off the taste. Come on down and judge for yourself!
Our local distributor, as well as our distributors in Madison and Milwaukee, have already picked up this beer; you should be seeing it on shelves very soon! Most of our remaining distributors are scheduled to pick up their allottments either later this week or next, so it won’t be long before it is readily available in all of our markets.
