Tyler King and The Bruery Part Ways
(Placentia,CA) – The Full Pint just got word that Tyler King and The Bruery have parted ways. For those not familiar with the name, Tyler was one of the founding team members of The Bruery, and a very important part of the success the company has seen since its opening in 2008. It was told to us by Tyler that Oude Tart was his creation back when he was home brewing. That beer went on to win a GABF gold medal! His official title was Sr. Director of Brewing Operations. Not to sound like a memorial, Tyler was a cool dude and we’ll miss seeing him there. He’d always stop to talk to people when dashing through the tasting room in his flip flops, and was very approachable with Team Full Pint. We look forward to watching the next chapter of both The Bruery and Tyler.
Here’s The Bruery’s official statement on Tyler’s departure from the company:
“The Bruery and Sr. Director of Brewing Operations, Tyler King, have parted ways. We are sincerely grateful for everything he has contributed to our brewery and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.”

As one of the longtime primaries behind Placentia’s The Bruery, King is a well-known and highly regarded name in craft beer circles who, in January, announced that he was moving on from there for an unnamed project.
