The Bruery – We Need Your Support Tonight!
Tonight we’re applying for a Conditional Use Permit from the city of Placentia. We’re proposing opening “The Bruery Tasting Room” in downtown Placentia at 128 W. Santa Fe Ave., which we feel will be a positive influence on the neighborhood and will bring more people to the local restaurants and businesses. We recently learned there may be some opposition tonight from those who perceive our proposed use as a “bar” that will negatively affect the community.
We don’t wish to operate a business which negatively affects the community– we pride ourselves on creating beers of character and upholding a high level of responsibility and respect for the community. We wish to become an integral part of the fabric of downtown Placentia. As a craft beer enthusiast who chooses quality over quantity, we hope that you’ll help us convey this to the City and to those who currently oppose our proposed use.
A call to Bruery supporters, especially those who live in or around the City of Placentia: Please attend tonight’s meeting to show support for this new venture.
