SweetWater Brewing Announces The Woodlands Circle Club
(Atlanta, GA) – SweetWater Brewing has been slowly ramping up their premium/speciality beer program over the past few years, and have just announced a members only club/society for enthusiasts to drink/collect/hoard some of SweetWater’s rare and experimental offerings. Read on for details.
– Members will receive 6 unique 500 mL bottles of beer throughout the year, exclusively available to Woodlands Circle members; cost is $149 plus tax (and includes additional perks — see link below for all details)
– The Woodlands Circle will showcase unique processes and ingredients that aren’t scalable or easily recreated and so can only be created in short runs
– Styles include all manner of wild and barrel-aged ales
– First release will be in December, but we’re opening registration this week
– Membership is limited to 500 people (but it’s down to 409 now — word is leaking out and y’all are signing up fast!)
The Woodlands Circle is a members-only beer club dedicated to the most exclusive liquids coming out of the Woodlands Project. Styles include high ABV stouts, long-aged sours and all manner of wild and barrel-aged ales.
For years leading up to the opening of the Woodlands facility in November 2016, we have been building our barrel aging program in anticipation of creating this exclusive club. Where the Woodlands is the playground for our brewers to craft the highest quality sours and barrel aged beers for the brewery and in limited release, the thought has always been to create a direct line from our head Woodland’s brewer to our fans with elevated palates in search of unique experiences. The Woodlands Circle is will showcase unique processes and ingredients that aren’t scalable or easily recreated and so can only be created in short runs.
