Stone Brewing To Collaborate With Ken Schmidt Again To Make Chocolate Imperial Stout

Decorated home brew champion Ken Schmidt, of Ken Schmidt/Maui Stone Kona Coffee Macademia Nut Porter fame will be collaborating again with Stone this summer, who will also be joined by Iron Fist to make it an official Stone Collaboration Trio. Here’s an excerpt from Stone’s Facebook Page.

As you may know, beer wizard Ken Schmidt recently won our March Madness homebrew competition (AGAIN). As such, we’re going to be making his victorious chocolate imperial stout, Pillow Mint At The Ritz, here on our 120 bbl system sometime in June. We’re stoked to announce that he and Mitch have chosen Brandon Sieminski, Brewmaster at the illustrious Iron Fist Brewing Company, to be the third member of the collaboration team! Nice!
