Son of Peg’s Cantina Owners Starts Cycle Brewing

From the latest Peg’s Cantina newsletter, comes news of a new brewery startup by Doug, the son of Tony, the owner of Peg’s Cantina in Gulf Port, FL. Cheers

Cycle Brewing is open at 534 Central Avenue in St. Pete. Doug and Tara have a brewery and tasting room only, no food. Cycle Brewing is it’s own company and not part of Peg’s, however; the Cantina is the “birth place” of Cycle Brewing…and since Doug is my son, I guess you could say we will always be related 🙂 Peg’s Cantina will continue to brew on site, with Doug as the head brewer and Eric T. and Eric H. pitching in when needed. Life at Peg’s Cantina won’t change, but life in downtown St. Petersburg has; It has a brewery!
