Benny And The Bretts, Vol. 1 – 9.3% Sour Red Rye Aged in Oak
Aged for 15 months in our 21 HL Italian Sangiovese wine barrel, this sour red rye beer displays characteristics of old world wine fruitiness, a balance of earth, oak tannin and malt with a complimentary acidity.
Buzz Worthy – 12.5% Imperial Honey Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Moonlight Meadery, this Imperial Honey Stout was brewed with over 500 pounds of rare Meadowfoam honey from Oregon. After aging in bourbon barrels for close to a year, it has taken on wonderful toasted oak and vanilla characteristics.Bottles of each will be available this Saturday, November 19th when the taproom opens at 12pm. Both beers will be available on draft as well while supplies last.
