Revision Brewing To Begin Brewery & Taproom Build Out In Sparks, Nevada
(Sparks, NV) – Revision Brewing Company went in front of the City of Sparks Planning Commission on Thursday, August 4th. All of the brewery’s founders were present. The Planning Commission unanimously voted in favor of approving a Conditional Use Permit for 380 S. Rock Boulevard in Sparks, Nevada. The brewery was dependent on this approval because it is the permit that allows Revision Brewing Company to have a production facility and taproom at their leased warehouse location in Sparks. With the Conditional Use Permit in place, Revision may now begin their construction phase. The timing was perfect because the brewing equipment started arriving at the warehouse the first week of August as well.
The day prior to the meeting, an extensive piece was written on Revision Brewing Company in the Reno Gazette-Journal, a local Reno/Sparks newspaper. It created quite the buzz. The article was an informative article in favor of the brewery coming to Sparks, Nevada. Armando Ornelas Jr. commented on the write-up, stating that it was a nice article before the meeting commenced.
Revision Brewing Company’s momentum will only increase now that Conditional Use Permit has been granted. The company ambitiously plans to have the entire inside of the brewery and taproom constructed and operational by the end of the year. The founders are excited and optimistic that the brewery will be a positive influence on the economy in Sparks, Nevada, anticipating that the presence of the 30,500 square foot facility will be an appealing destination for tourists and locals.
