Resident Brewing to release Saison Prestige Bottles
Resident Brewing has launched the online pre-sale to their first bottle release of Saison Prestige. Read on below for the details and be sure to give this up-and-coming brewery a visit next time you’re in San Diego. Did we mention that Chasing Citra was one of Franny’s favorite beers this year?
About the beer:
Barrel fermented mixed fermentation Saison in French Oak Chardonnay barrels. This barrel-aged Saison saw two types of Saison yeast, multiple Brettanomyces strains, and Lactobacillus. Saison Prestige matured in Chardonnay barrels for over a year and bottled in June 2017.
About the release:
6.5% ABV, 750ml bottles with admission
4 bottle limit, $20 per bottle, plus tax & BPT fee.

There is also a limited amount of .3L Rastal tulip Saison Prestige glassware available for purchase, $7.

Starting Wednesday, December 13th at 11am
No proxies or trustees will be allowed
