Soliloquy is a golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with rose hips and orange peels. Fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria, this sour beer displays notes of orange zest and citrus fruits with floral undertones.

Soliloquy is our first Ambassadors of Sour Bottle Release. Two bottles of Soliloquy are included with each Ambassadors of Sour membership.
