Grand Cru: Mysterious, dark, bottle-conditioned ale brewed with rich malts and fermented with Belgian and American yeasts.
Grand Cru was available for the first time, November 15, 2008 at the 6th Anniversary Beer Festival. It will be available for general release on December 1st. Be one of the fist lucky people to try this special Belgian-inspired ale.

The brewery is open to the public on Fridays 3:30 – 7:30pm and Saturdays 12:00 – 4:00pm, or by appointment for the following:
