Peak Organic Introduces Simcoe Spring Ale (VIDEO)

(Portland,ME) – BEER, more fun than sledding on a snow day. Or at least we think so. We may be snowed in, but we’re keeping warm with this year’s vintage of  Simcoe Spring. It’s a classic pale ale, single-hopped and dry-hopped with Simcoe hops, which provide unique pine and apricot notes. Cold fermenting gives the beer a crisp, dry finish, so the hops really pop.

Simcoe Spring is the latest release in our seasonal series, which we designed to showcase wonderful hop varieties being grown by our friends and farmers. We love these Simcoe hops that our friend Jason grows because the unique flavors really shine. It may not be spring yet outside, but we’re excited to start drinking like it is.
