Moylan’s Initial Response to Lost Abbey Cross Claim

UPDATE 6:30 PM – It has been brought to my attention that this letter is not the legal response to Lost Abbey’s Lawsuit, but rather the legal letter that triggered Lost Abbey’s lawsuit.

This letter is dated August 23, and Port filed lawsuit September 2nd.

TheFullPint.com conducted an interview with Brendan Moylan 3 weeks ago, and never mentioned the matter of Lost Abbey filing lawsuit against Moylan’s Brewing for usage of a  Celtic cross tap handle. We are set to post the interview this Monday, but we had to circle back with Brendan so we could get his thoughts on this.  While brief, he did give comment, and passed along this official document, exclusive to TheFullPint.com, outlining Moylan’s legal response to Port Brewing/Lost Abbey.
