Mother’s Day At Southampton Publick House

On Sunday, May 10th, treat Mom to a special meal at Southampton Publick House. The three-course prix fixe menu is $30.00 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Dinner will be served from 3:30-8:00pm. Reservations are recommended and can be made at 631-283-2800. The regular Brewer’s Brunch and dinner menu will also be available.
Guests will choose from a selection of appetizers including New England clam chowder; Roasted chicken with broccoli rabe and cannellini bean soup; Tossed green salad with cherry tomatoes, red onions, candied walnuts and white balsamic vinaigrette; and Fresh mozzarella, onion and tomato salad with broken vinaigrette.
Follow with one of these delicious entrees including Roast Prime Rib Au Jus with garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables and horseradish cream; Lobster Ravioli with seafood cacciatore; Breast of chicken Wellington with sautéed spinach, cous cous and chicken sauce; and Pan roasted salmon with roasted beets, broccoli rabe and citrus butter sauce. Make sure to leave room for dessert of N.Y. Cheesecake, Chocolate Tort, Apple crisp Ala Mode, Brownie Ala Mode, Carrot Cake or a selection of Eddy’s Ice cream and sherbet.
