Moody Tongue Brewing of Chicago,IL will be presenting their beers at the Great American Beer Festival in just a few weeks. All month long, The Full Pint will be pumping out the GABF 2014 info. Shaved Black Truffle Pilsner (Pilsner; 5.0%)
Steeped Emperor’s Lemon Saison (Saison; 6.3%)
Cold-Pressed Paw Paw Belgian (Belgian Golden; 5.5%)
Brandied Purple Raspberry Belgian Dubbel (Belgian Dubbel; 6.5%)
Crushed Green Coriander Wit (Witbier; 5.0%)
Moody Tongue Brewing will be entering the following beers into the GABF medal competition

Steeped Emperor’s Lemon Saison (Category 4; Saison; 6.3%)
Cold-Pressed Paw Paw Belgian (Category 4; Belgian Golden; 5.5%)
Padron Pepper Belgian IPA (Category 7; Belgian-Style IPA; 6.3%)
Of note: Our Brewmaster, Jared Rouben, will be hosting a presentation in the Beer & Food Pavilion on Friday (10/2) from 7:30 to 8:00pm entitled “Beer Got Your Tongue” with Michelin-starred Chef Jared Wentworth.
