Long Trail Green Blaze IPA Added To Year Round Lineup
(Bridgewater Corners, VT) – The sweet sounds of spring have arrived and with that comes longer days, a swollen Ottauquechee River and some tasty spring snow up the road.
Despite entering the throes of another mud season, we have our minds set on the imminent bike rides, trail runs and hikes.
More daylight opens up a world of outdoor opportunities which, for some of us, means more time drinking beers outside. Yeah, après-work is a thing around here.
In honor of the impending recreational rebirth ahead, we’re dropping a brand new trail-worthy IPA into our year-round lineup.
Green Blaze IPA traverses through a hoppy landscape of pine, tropical fruit and resin hop flavors with a slightly sweet caramel malt backbone.
This fresh American IPA will replace the traditional, English-style IPA that we currently brew. The first batches are rolling of the line this week and will be bottled, canned and kegged in time for your spring and summertime adventures.
We’re kicking off the release of Green Blaze with a party at our brewery on St. Patrick’s Day. Join us this Thursday, March 17 as we tap the first keg of this killer creation.
Oak Totem will provide the soundtrack for an afternoon of Irish-inspired menu specials, glassware giveaways and the chance to win a Long Trail branded snowboard (pictured) made by our friends at Rome Snowboards.
Don’t sweat it if you can’t make it on Thursday, this unfiltered IPA will hit distribution by the end of March.
