Did You Know City Star Brewing Will Be at GABF 2014?
Did you know that City Star Brewing of Berthoud, CO will be attending the Great American Beer Festival next week? Well you do now, because they are! Read on to find out what beers they will be pouring as well as what beers they are entering in the medal competition. From now until next Wednesday, stay tuned here at The Full Pint, as we share with you many more brewer’s lineups.
City Star Brewing will be pouring the following beers at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival:
Bandit Brown, English Style Brown Ale (2013 GABF Gold), 5.5% ABV
All American IPA, American Style IPA, 6.5% ABV
Harley’s Honey Wheat,Light American Wheat Beer with Yeast, 5% ABV
Flood Hound Ale – American red ale aged 7 months in a Spirit Hound rum barrel (THE only rum barrel that survived last year’s flood in the Lyons distiller), Wood and Barrel Aged Beer pale-amber, 7% ABV
We are very excited to share Flood Hound Ale with GABF festival goers. Not only is this beer delicious, but the collaboration is very special to us. We plan to tap one keg at the beginning of the Thursday session and a second keg at the beginning of the Saturday day session.
City Star Brewing will be entering the following beers in for judging at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival:
Bandit Brown – #63 English Style Brown Ale (2013 GABF Gold), 5.5% ABV
6 Shooter Pale Ale – #49 Classic English Style Pale Ale, 6% ABV
Night Watchman – #80 Robust Porter, 6% ABV
Harley’s Honey Wheat – #2a Light American Wheat Beer with Yeast, 5% ABV
Mule Kick – #88b, Old Ale or Strong Ale, 8% ABV
5th Annual Beer re-UNION at Lyons Fork on Wednesday 10/1 (mini beer fest: https://www.facebook.com/events/705332162837715/). Otherwise, we have a few events in the works but nothing concrete yet.
