iO — Category 6 Herb and spice beer – Saison brewed with rose hips, rose petals & hibiscus, aged in oak with wild yeast & souring bacteria. 6.8% ABV
Bam Biere — Category 12 Session Beer – Farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels 4.5% ABV
La Roja — Category 19A American Style Sour Ale – Flanders style red aged in oak with wild yeast and souring bacteria. 7.2%ABV
Luciernaga — Category 69 French & Belgian style Saison – Saison brewed with coriander, grains of paradise aged in oak with wild yeast and souring bacteria. 6.5%ABV
