New Hours
Starting this Thursday, July 12, the TASTING ROOM will open Thursday evenings from 4pm to 9pm. That makes our normal hours as follows:
Thursday: 4p – 9p || Friday: 4p – 9p || Saturday: 3p – 8p || Sunday: 1p – 6p

FLORAISON
|| “dry-flowered” saison || 6.4% ABV || (French: “blossoming”) An experimental summer beer that starts off in a saison direction with oats and wheat but steeped with hibiscus and chamomile. Then the beer is “dry flowered” with more hibiscus, chamomile, and sterling hops. Floraison is robed with reddish & orangish hues and gives a bouquet of floral, spicy, tea-like aromas and flavors.
