Highland Park Brewery Griffith J. Griffith Day 2021 Details
(Los Angeles, CA) – Yep, it’s Griffith time. We’ve got lots going on for Griffith Day 2021 for y’all including Griffith batch 7, BA Griffith, Griffith variants, a special glass, food specials, & archived bottles! Woah!
Let’s talk about the beer…
First up, Griffith J. Griffith Batch 7! Our 12.7%ABV imperial stout made with Trystero Coffee. This stout has been with us since the beginning & it’s so rad to see the reception it’s had since the early days! For this batch the coffee used is amazing, a naturally processed Ethiopian Guju Hambela from Trystero. The coffee helps produce notes of honey, blackberry, & jasmine. Cans will be available this Friday & can be purchased as singles for $12 or in four packs for $46.
Next up is BA Griffith 2021! Using Griffith batch 6 aged in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels for one year. This batch uses the same coffee found in standard Griffith Batch 7. Thanks tot he barrels you’ll get extra notes of vanilla, caramel, & dark chocolate. Bottles were made available to HPB Bottle Friends first but a limited amount will be available to general public this Friday. Bottles are $19 & can be purchased Friday on Griffith Day.
