QUOTES FROM OWNER/BREWMASTER BEN COOK:
Q: What are your thoughts as the brewery completes its first year?
A: “The first year has been nothing short of amazing. The community has been completely supportive and looking outside it’s completely evident with (all the) people standing out there right now all celebrating. It’s been a group effort. It hasn’t been just us and it hasn’t been just one thing. It’s been great beer, great employees and a great community that made us who we are.
Q: What was the crowd expectation?
A: “We were hoping for at least 1,000. We’ll more than double that. I apologize to everybody for the long beer lines. Next year will be better.”
