Green Flash Introduces Fizzy Yellow Beer That’s Worthy…

Green Flash Fizzy Yellow Beer is being released today at our tasting room and the Stone Bistro and Gardens in Escondido.

YOU ARE WORTHY! This is not fizzy yellow beer in the sense of American Macro-brewed Lager: bland, watered-down, insipid, over-carbonated, corn and rice drool. It is rich, flavorful, traditional and inspired American-brewed Bohemian-style Pilsner. We brewed this beer to show what “fizzy yellow beer” could and should be.

Green Flash Fizzy Yellow Beer was brewed in collaboration with Matt Richard, 2009 Best of Show winner at the San Diego County Fair’s homebrew competition. It will be entered in the Pro-Am competition of the Great American Beer Festival and available for tasting in Denver. Best of Luck Matt!
