Goose Island Releases Cthulhu On Monday for 25th Anniversary

Goose Island Brewing turned 25 this year, and in honor of this milestone, they are releasing a very small batch speciality beer named Cthulhu (pronounced kə-thoo-loo ). Here are the details on the beer. Cheers!

In case you haven’t heard– we’ve been gearing up for our next small brewpub release in honor of our 25th anniversary this year. Cthulhu is an Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged in an 18 year Elijah Craig barrel– opaque color, thin brown lacy head, bourbon and chocolate aroma, rich vanilla flavor, dry finish. 10% ABV.

Bottles will go on sale Monday, July 29th. $20 each. Limit one per person. We open at 11am. Cheers!
