Garage Brewing Takes Home 6 Medals at the 2018 LA International Beer Competition
(Temecula, CA) Established in 2013, Garage Brewing Co. of Temecula, CA, set out on a mission “to provide top-quality craft beer that tastes fantastic and appeals to a broad spectrum of beer lovers,” and it appears they did just that at the 2018 Los Angeles International Beer Competition.
The Los Angeles International Beer Competition is an annual contest recognizing Best of Category beers. Each beer entered in the competition is taste tested by a panel of experienced judges who then delegate which beers will be awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals.
This year, Garage Brewing Co received impressive results: six of their beers were awarded medals as well as a seventh beer receiving an honorable mention.
Gold Medal: Raspberry Twist Lager (American- Style Fruit Beer)
Gold Medal: Green Tea Bird (Specialty Honey Beer)
Gold Medal: Hopped Up Red (Double Red Ale)
Silver Medal: Citrus IPA (American-Style Fruit Beer)
Silver Medal: Apricot Wit (Fruit Wheat Beer)
Bronze Medal: Classic Lager aka Golden Helles Lager (Munich-Style Helles)
Honorable Mention: Imperial Breakfast Stout (Wood and Barrel-Aged Strong Stout)
