Local Honey Ale – brewed with raw, organic Florida honey–in Category 11 (Specialty Honey Beer) & a brand new beer,
HopNOM- in category 48 (International-Style Pale Ale). HopNOM utilizes New Zealand-grown Nelson Sauvin hops, making it a delightful find for those seeking exotic hops.
I.P.A.Chronicle3:ABC – Our 3rd beer is our Pro-AM entry. brewed with homebrewer Bob Bridges, as well as the 3rd volume of our ongoing series of India Pale Ales. This beer is named I.P.A.Chronicle3: ABC. Bob named his recipe “ABC” because of the use of 6 different American hops, all starting with either the letter A, B, or C.
