Full Tilt Brewing Releases 2014 Fully Tilted Baltimore Pale Ale Next Week
(Canton, Baltimore, Maryland ) – FULL TILT BREWING is set to release their newest offering and first of their “Fully Tilted” line of specialty brews, this year’s Fully Tilted Baltimore Pale Ale at 7.3% ABV and 75 IBUs. This beer launch event is open to the public.
FULL TILT BREWING (FTB), Baltimore’s newest craft beer producer, is excited to announce their newest addition, “2014 Fully Tilted Baltimore Pale Ale,” an India Pale Ale aged on oak chips. Their initial release to the ever growing craft beer market will take place on Friday, June 27th at Alewife Baltimore across from the Hippodrome Theater located at 21 N Eutaw St, Baltimore, MD 21201.
All other FTB brews will be on tap all day with drink specials and the pouring / toast of the first pint of Fully Tilted Baltimore Pale Ale taking place at 7:00 pm sharp. FTB drafts will be served at $5 from 7pm until close with pint glasses being given away to take home with patron’s first FTB draft while supplies last! In addition to the Fully Tilted beer on draft, Alewife will also have five of FTB’s other drafts: Baltimore Pale Ale (their flagship brew the new addition was derived from), Camden Cream, Fleet Street Raspberry Wheat, Patterson Pumpkin, and Berger Cookie Chocolate Stout available for $5 per draft.
FTB’s 2014 Fully Tilted Baltimore Pale Ale is the first iteration of their specialty line of brews to reach your lips. This is an unapologetic, uncompromising, and balls-to-the-wall twist on the already hop forward flagship. Irresistibly oaked with a beefed up hop and grain bill; this headstrong IPA won’t be quickly forgotten and should not be overlooked. Proceed with caution and, as always, enjoy… With characteristics of its predecessor, Baltimore Pale Ale, you will immediately notice the similarities. While there is a noticeably stronger hop aroma and taste, the oak aging gives a mouth-feel which is apparent immediately by joining in to help blend everything harmoniously for an easy-drinking IPA that will satisfy from the first sip to the last drop.
Also going on that day is an Oriole’s double header! First game is at 1:05. Alewife Baltimore opens at 11:30am that day and is located just blocks away from the stadium. It is the perfect location to pre/post-game or stay all day and watch on the TV’s in the bar area. Don’t forget their Smoke Burger which is an incredible pairing to any beer and/or ballgame!
FULL TILT BREWING comes from the background of not-cutting corners as its owners are passionate about every aspect of what they do. As it states on the opening page of their website, “Why do something half assed when you can do it full tilt?” and “Never slow down, never settle for less, and never be content with anything other than the best.” This newest addition to the FTB line of brews continues that mantra.
The owners of FULL TILT BREWING will debut their newest offering at a keg tapping ceremony at Alewife Baltimore across from the Hippodrome Theater located at 21 N Eutaw St, Baltimore, MD 21201.
