(Madison, WI) – Hello all! We are super excited to announce our Magnum Club 2018-2019 season membership is now open. Most of the spots were claimed by our existing reserve members, but a handful of spots are now available to you. There aren’t enough for everyone unfortunately, so it is first come first serve.

Starting now, you can purchase your membership. First, please take a minute to read this email in its entirety as there are a lot of details clarified.

DETAILS
MAGNUM BOTTLES!
With the growth of our program, we are super excited that all 5 magnums this year are Methode Traditionnelle beers:
- Framrood
- Frampaars
- Framzwart (black raspberry MT)
- De Bij (MT fermented and conditioned with honey)
- [Yet To Be Named] MT-3 year blend. (our first geuze style!)
Each of these magnums will be given to you at the time of that beer’s release. You (or your trustee) must pick them up during that beer’s pick up window.
LAMBIC CRADLE!
We commissioned a local woodworker to create 100 wooden lambic cradles for our members. I know this is “magnum club”, but ultimately it was decided that a 750ml format cradle would be more useful. This will also include a fixed block inside that makes it compatible with 375’s!
MEMBER’S GLASSWARE!
Each member will receive 2 pieces of glassware with the golden MC crest. Every year there will be a different style of glassware for our Members.
TAPROOM DISCOUNT!
As a member you will enjoy special treatment with our bottle releases, and you should enjoy special treatment when you visit us. This year we have implemented a 20% off all draft and merch at the taproom. Cheers!
GUARANTEED ACCESS!
You are familiar with how this works by now. For every beer we release on BPT, you will be guaranteed an allocation and have an advanced purchase window. Hopefully by now you’ve all seen the Calendar and know what kinds of things are coming out!
SPECIAL BEERS!
There will be some small batch beers that will be only offered to MC members. Already bottled or in the works are beers like Braambes en Vlier (foraged blackberry/elderbery), Oude Suiker (brandy barrel), and Biere de Coupage Reserve.
I want to clarify this perk a little further. Beers like the above we have bottled enough 750ml bottles for 1x each MC member. We also bottled some 375’s that will be sold out of the taproom (for on-premise or off-premise depending on what we decide). There are also going to be other beers that we make for certain events such as Great Taste pre-party or our Holiday party that will be taproom only and not guaranteed to MC.
MEMBER’S JACKET!
Instead of a simple t-shirt, we’re giving our members a premium Eddie Bauer jacket with the club crest and logo embroidered on it. Sizes S-4XL in both Men’s and Women’s. 1 Jacket is included in your membership, you pick the color and size. If you’re splitting the membership with someone or want a second jacket for your significant other, you can buy an additional jacket at a member’s subsidized price.
