Cross Keys Brewing Announces Hopedemic DIPA Can Release
(WILLIAMSTOWN, NJ) — Cross Keys Brewing Company (CKBC) has just announced their second can release. Hopedemic DIPA is massively hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo hops and boasts nearly 40% oats in its malt bill.
At 9.1% ABV, this cloudy and pillowy East Coast DIPA undergoes a specific water treatment that provides a soft mouthfeel with an incredible citrus finish. With almost all of the hops added during the whirlpool at lower temperatures, the bitterness is minimal. The double dry-hopping with over 2.5 pounds of hops per barrel during fermentation creates a bio transformation that adds a unique flavor and aroma to this beer while scrubbing away the dreaded dissolved oxygen usually found in dry-hopped beers. Coupled with our proprietary yeast blend, your olfactory senses will be delightfully rewarded with each blissful sip.
Sixteen ounce cans and draft are available for immediate wholesale distribution throughout New Jersey and are also available for take out at our tasting room.
