We got you a very presidential edition of Craft Beer News Roundup. Read some quick ones about Stone Brewing, Minnesota Town Hall, Epic Brewing, Lagunitas Brewing, as well as Pizza Port. Cheers!
Stone Brewing – Content removed at the request of the brewery.
Also, Stone IPA will be hitting 12 packs soon. Here’s a mock up of the packaging.
Minnesota Town Hall – Barrel Aged Week begins today!! We are releasing Buffalo Bock (Buffalo Trace barrel aged weizen bock) today at 6pm. Those you were fortunate enough to purchase a ticket redeemable for a bottle of Buffalo Bock can do so starting at 5pm.
Epic Brewing – Epic Brewing quietly enters Southern California – “We will have distribution in LA, OC and Ventura via a new small distributor called Incline Beverages (started by David Cole’s brother).” We found this out by way of an upcoming event with Epic and Beachwood BBQ and Brewing.
Lagunitas – “WTF should be hitting the shelves soon, they’ve been bottling it up here at the brewery.”
Pizza Port – An update from Jeff Bagby regarding the future of the events he organizes for his former employer, Pizza Port: “I’m still a festival organizer. The festivals are separate from Pizza Port and Tom Nickel and I will continue to put them on as long as we can. This year will most likely be the last of the Real Ale Festivals. Fest will be April 13th and 14th. We still plan on having the Belgian fest and the Strong Ale festival. ”
