Mad River Brewing – Mad River Brewing Hits 10,000! – ” Mad River Brewing Company reached a major milestone today, brewing the company’s 10,000th brew. Senior brewer Brian Brodkorb had the honor of mashing in this morning, brewing as we have always done on the original Sierra Nevada 17 Bbl brewhouse built by Ken Grossman. Operating in Blue Lake, CA since 1989, the small brewery produced 13,000 Bbl’s on this system last year and expects to brew close to 15K this year. We would like to raise our pints to all of our loyal customers and fans over the years, and thank them deeply for helping us to reach this achievement. Prost!”
New Holland Brewing – Here is a small teaser for the upcoming Hatter Days Hatters that will be released next month in celebration of New Holland Brewing’s 14th Anniversary. Hoppin’ Frog – “Our seasonal Turbo Shandy Citrus Ale will be available for retail purchase at the brewery – Friday, May 6, at 1:00 PM. Available in 22oz bottles. Born from European tradition, our shandy is a refreshing combination of lemon and light malt flavors. Unlike traditional shandy’s, Turbo Shandy revs it up a couple notches with a high test, full flavored approach as only Hoppin’ Frog can do. 7.0% a/v | 58 OG (14.3 °P) | 7.3 IBU Directions and telephone number of Hoppin Frog Brewery can be found at http://www.hoppinfrog.com/about/”
