This Friday, August 9th, we will release our newest summer treat: Under the Palms! ☀️ Under the Palms is a gose style ale with passion fruit and guava that comes in at a sessionable 4.2%! This tart and fruity gose will be available on tap and in 6-packs to go.

This Saturday we will be releasing batch two of Demiurge, our collaboration with the unparalleled @deathandcompany ✨ Demiurge is inspired by the classic Mai Tai cocktail, a deeply refreshing blend of light & dark rums, orange liqueur, lime juice, and orgeat. To recreate these complex flavors in Demiurge we brewed an extra thick Sour Double IPA with wheat & malted oat, adding milk sugar & blackstrap molasses in the whirlpool, pineapple and lime puree during fermentation, and almonds during the cold conditioning phase. ✨ Years before we opened our brewery, we would frequently take the trip down to NYC to visit Death & Company, putting our name on the waiting list, then heading a few blocks over to @proletariatny, where we would drink Sour Ales and Lager Beer while we waited for their call. It was during those years that we first began to develop the brewing techniques we now use at Hudson Valley Brewery, which are very much inspired by the principals of classic & modern mixology — balancing sweetness and acidity, blending base spirits and using modifying ingredients, to create new & sometimes unusual flavors. ✨ We are very excited to share this new batch of Demiurge with you all, which will be available at the brewery this Saturday at Noon, and exclusively at Death & Company in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for some mid-week drops!⁠⠀ ______________________________________⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Mash Tun Time Machine 2 Imperial West Coast IPA(8.0%) We had a moment of clarity when we decided to brew this follow up to Mash Tun Time Machine, we knew we wanted to mix old and new so we used Mosaic and Idaho 7 and went back in time to use a little bit of Cascade. Clearly delicious. $18 per 4 pack, 1 case per person.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Triple Mosaic Dream Imperial IPA (10.5%) Our favorite version of Mosaic, Triple Mosaic Dream. All Mosaic and triple dry hopped with both Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. $22 per 4 pack, 1 case per person. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ ⁠DDH Mylar Daydream Imperial Oat Cream IPA (8.8%) Our Daydream treatment of oats and lactose sugar with Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Galaxy. $20 per 4 pack, 1 case per person. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ The Dreamiest Imperial Oat Cream IPA(7.8%) For this beer we combined three of our favorite hops Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy and put them on top of even more oats and and a hint of lactose. Double dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic Cryo plus Galaxy. $20 per 4 pack, 1 case per person.

BEER RELEASE THIS FRIDAY!???? I-10 is an exciting Double IPA collaboration with our friends at @b52brewery. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do you like Citra? Good! The amount of Citra used in this beer could stretch along I-10 from New Orleans to Houston! This beer has tons of sweet citrus, rich malt character with a soft palate that helps to balance the hops. Definitely pushes the limits of sweetness without being a dessert. It also has an incredible nose of candied citrus and stone fruit. 7.5% ABV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pick some up this Friday at noon! Limit ONE 4 pack per customer.

Tomorrow, August 6, at 4pm, we will have the following beers available in cans and on draft. • Frosted Flakes is an 8% DIPA and one of our favorite beers on our series of breakfast inspired DIPAs. This beer is brewed with lots of oats, vanilla and lactose to taste like a bowl of our favorite breakfast cereal. We dry hopped this beer endlessly with Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo. $20 per 4 pack, 1 case limit. • Maine Event is a 6.5% IPA and one of our favorites. This juicy IPA is hopped through and through with Simcoe and Citra hops. We originally brewed this beer several years ago to pay homage to time spent in Maine and New England that was the inspiration for Magnify. $15 per 4 pack, 1 case limit. • Banana Phone is a new 13.5% Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our good friend Randy @burnishbeerco. We set out to brew a Bananas Foster inspired thick Imperial Stout with as big of a mouthfeel we could achieve. We brewed this beer with over 50 pounds of Nilla Wafers in the mash and a heavy dose of lactose. We then conditioned this beer on an additional 200 pounds of Nilla Wafers and over 500 pounds of banana. We added vanilla for sweetness as well. $15 per 500ml bottle, limit 6, $65 per magnum, limit 1. • Be sure to check out our website for a full list of what’s available.
