‼️Medusa Returns‼️ •Medusa | Passion Fruit + Dragon Fruit (Fruited Sour) This Sour Berliner Weisse is a cloudy sour beer bursting with fruit. And since we like our Berliners sour but not too sour, we blended this version with dragon fruit and passion fruit that help cut the sour and give it a hint of sweetness. At 4 ABV, this is a refreshing and crushable beer but be careful not to look at it too closely or you might become a permanent fixture in the world of sour beers, as it has been said that looking at Medusa will turn you to stone! 4% ABV • Crowlers for Thursday 8/29 (5PM release) ???????? •Medusa | Passion Fruit + Dragon Fruit (Fruited Sour) •Pegasus (Double IPA) •Tears of the Goddess | Pina Colada (Sour IPA) •Loki (Triple IPA) ???????? 4 of 4 ⟁ for this Friday for Falcon Day. Baby Falcon (Downtown and Fulton Friday). After quite the long wait, Baby Falcon, our take on a more sessionable version of our beloved Falcon Smash, finally returns for Falcon Day… much like the baby pigeon, you know it exists, but it’s rare to see it. ⁣ ⁣ Built from a smaller but identical grist than the full on raptor gets, and hopped with a couple interesting varietals we won’t mention, but the two that we will are those shared in common between both beers – Falconer’s Flight and El Dorado. ⁣ ⁣ We notice impressions of tropical papaya, bright pineapple, white grape-esque melon, all of which culminate with that classic Falcon orange oil citrus marmalade. Entirely drinkable, and brewed Downtown at the source of the original first ever batch of our most famous hoppy beer. On for onsite pours and no limit crowlers to go at $11 per (2 Crowler limit) – 4.5% ABV.

We’re super excited about this weeks hype can release because it’s definitely one of our more ambitious brews to date! ⠀ We used Kviek yeast for the first time, hopped with centennial on the bittering, & then dry hopped with Wakatu Rakau, and Montueka from @freestylehops to create a straight up fruit ???? cocktail of an IPA! And let’s not forget this amazing can art by @willgreeley! ⠀ Hazy Overnight will be available today in draft & cans at all locations, so come through and try it out????
