This Belgian Style Tripel is a delightful variation of our Peach Tripel with vanilla, cinnamon, coconut, and milk sugar additions delivering the classic flavors of a southern-style peach cobbler baked fresh in grandma’s kitchen. Join us Saturday May 18th at Noon for our next release as we unveil three new beers, Archaeobotany – IPA and Soft Temple- Dessert-style Berliner in 16oz cans as well as our next mixed fermentation 500ml bottle, Magus. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Archaeobotany – Neo-Ancient IPA 6.4% ABV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This beer is a collaboration with our good friends (and amazing brewery) Jackie O’s Brewery. Brewed with Ohio-grown ancient grains from Haus Malts and heavily hopped with Sabro and Citra hops melds very old and very new ingredients to create this uniquely delicious brew. Continuing our collaboration can labeling scheme, the artwork was created by the same artist that did the work for Bend Beyond, Kyle Thiele. $16 – 4 pack 16oz Cans ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Soft Temple – Fruited Berliner-Style Weisse 4.2% ABV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ With warmer weather among us, we see the return of fruited Berliner Weisse in cans here at Branch & Bone. This particular beer is our first canned sour to feature vanilla and lactose. Loaded with blueberry and cherry, the combination results in our take on a dessert style Berliner. Tart and creamy with tons of fruit and a pop of sweetness. $16 – 4 pack 16oz Cans ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Magus – Wine Barrel Aged Mixed Fermentation Grisette 5.4% ABV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Magus is our take on the traditional style of Grisette. This hoppy farmhouse ale is fermented in wine barrels with our house mixed culture, showcasing the interplay of a balanced funk and hops. The mixed culture and wine barrels contribute a balancing acidity and complexity that fits in this style so well. $9.99 – 500ml Bottle ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All three beers will be available on draft when we open at Noon. Cans and bottles go on sale at Noon as well. Limits will be set morning of the release based on turnout. We are a small brewery and put as much of these beers into package as our system allows.
