We are back with the latest edition of Can Release Daily. Everyday, around the world, small breweries are offering some of the freshest, most innovative beers right out of their tasting rooms. With so many breweries releasing so many brightly labeled beers, it’s hard to keep track of it all. Because we love centralized info, we decided to bring you the latest releases in this post. It has finally happened…WE canned our beer today! The first beer off the line is GETTIN’ FREAKY, a Milkshake IPA with Peaches and Cream aka Lactose, Vanilla and Peaches. Available today starting at 3 pm. 1 4-pack per person limit. $20 per 4-pack. Thanks for being patient with us. Effervescent, bright, and dry, our newest beer is a Peach Brut IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at UX Brew (São Paulo, Brazil). This IPA features subtle aromas of nectarine, peach, and mango against a snappy bitter backbone. We’re calling it Princesa Peach, and it‘ll be on draft and in four packs starting Thursday at 11am! @startupbrewing

This Saturday 3/9, starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we are happy to bring back a new version of one of our favorite beers: Dream Wave Fluctuation (8.1% DIPA), our collaboration with @otherhalfnyc at $20 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limits subject to change. We’re super excited for Other Half’s Pastry Town and want to make sure we have something special. What is the first lactose beer we ever did? What is the first beer we did with Other Half? Dreamwave Fluctuation was the obvious choice. We kept EQ’s fluctuation grain bill and added oats and lactose in-line with Other Half’s Dream treatment. This beer was followed by an aggressive dry hop of Galaxy and Citra. However, this is the first time we’ve run galaxy through the dC/dt process to bring out that EQ juice. We couldn’t be more excited with the results. Dream Wave Fluctuation pours a hazy glowing tangerine color releasing aromas of passion fruit, peach, lime sorbet, melon, lactose, and pineapple all integrated with a juicy twist. The taste is a smooth, bright, creamy, and tropical wave of flavor with a touch of sweet that finishes with the #EQjuice making dangerously drinkable and balanced. More to come..

This Saturday at 12:00pm we’re releasing canned 16oz 4-packs of #CharacterAlignment, our Hazy Double IPA collaboration with @otherhalfnyc!⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Brewed with a critical hit of oats — the highest percentage we’ve used in a single brew — and a massive dry-hop charge of 7.5lbs per barrel, the body of this beer nails the silky, pillowy mouthfeel we’ve been journeying toward!⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ The chaotic concentration of Citra, Mosaic, and the experimental 95U3/132 hops yields supremely tropical aromas with bold bites of guava and papaya on the palate. A soft, orange blossom-like bitterness lingers as you ponder your where your heart of hearts might fall in the axes of law versus chaos, and good versus evil. ⁣ ⁣ You know, light weekend beer stuff. ????⚔️????⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ This will be an in-person sale. $20/4pk, limit two per person. VROOOOM: We are elated to announce the release of Salted Maple 10W-40 Imperial Stout (8% ABV) this Friday, 3/8 in both of our Asheville taprooms. This extra special batch of 10W-40 was brewed with maple syrup, chocolate, vanilla, pink Himalayan salt, and lactose. Friday at 3pm we will be releasing BLACKBERRY PARFAIT JELLY. A 5% fruited smoothie sour with an abundance of Blackberry and Vanilla. We used an insane amount of flaked and rolled oats and partially soured this beer with Greek yogurt. $12 per can, 2 per person.
