Here is today’s edition of Can Release Daily. We’ve always appreciated centralized information, and here we have some of the hottest can release drops around the country bundled in one post. We understand that these cans might be long gone by the time you read this, we hope this also serves a purpose by showing you what you might want to trade for in the next week or two. Tomorrow (Friday, Nov 9th) at 12noon, we’re releasing bottles of Sacred Geometry and The Gray Tower (Blend #4), along with cans of Spirit Crusher DIPA and Athanor Rauch Helles Lager. . SACRED GEOMETRY is a blend of various oak aged, mixed fermentation beers. After blending, it was racked on top of a large amount of fresh Raspberries from Spooner Farms in Puyallup, WA. It then went through a secondary fermentation on the fruit in freshly emptied red wine barrels. $20/750ml bottle, 2 bottle limit per person, per day THE GRAY TOWER is the fourth blend in an ongoing series of barrel blended Saisons. This blend was taken from a variety of mixed culture Saison barrels that had been aging anywhere between 6-12 months in oak sourced from various wineries across Washington. $17/bottle, 4 bottle limit per person SPIRIT CRUSHER is a sneaky and smooth aromatic Double IPA brewed with malted and unmalted oats, pilsner malt, and two row. Enormous late hop additions in the kettle of Simcoe, Centennial, Citra and Mosaic, and dry hopped with even more of the same. $22/16oz 4-pack, 2 x 4-packs per person, per day ATHANOR is our new Rauch Helles Lager brewed simply with pilsner malt and Beechwood smoked Rauch Malt from our favorite maltster in Bamberg, Germany. It was hopped lightly with German Tettnang, and fermented with our favorite Bavarian lager yeast. $18/16oz 4-pack, 3 x 4-packs per person Kegs of all 4 beers will also be on tap when we open Friday. Bottle/Can sales will be available starting at 12noon through the alley (WEST) entrance of the brewery. Please NO DRINKING in line or anywhere outside of our building and please no line cutting. We also ask that everyone be mindful of any “No Parking” signs in neighboring lots as your vehicles can be towed if parked in clearly marked spaces. Thanks and we hope to see you Friday!!

Organic Peruvian Mango lays a smooth foundation of flavor, while an addition of whole-pod organic Madagascar vanilla bean smooths out this high ABV brew. We’re open 5-8 today, and we’ll be releasing cans of 07701. $16/4-pack, 1 case limit/person. ???????????????? 077XX is our double IPA focused on harmonizing the extremes inherent in the nature of an American double IPA for long-term drinkability. 07701 is the Dubviant tuned up with an exclusive Apollo third dry hop inspired by the places that get it in Red Bank. Appollo’s monster Alpha Acids opens 0’dub’s mix of dank resin and tropical fruit aromas with a citrus blast. Drink 07701 and see what happens when alpha is the omega.

This weekend, cans of Florette are blooming in the tasting room with big aromas of citrus, mango, and hoppy goodness. We add hibiscus petals during the brew for a slightly tart flavor and a vibrant red color. Just as nice to look at as it is to drink.
