Here is the latest edition of Can Release Daily! We’ve always appreciated centralized information, and here we have some of the hottest can release drops around the country bundled in one post. We understand that these cans might be long gone by the time you read this, we hope this also serves a purpose by showing you what you might want to trade for in the next week or two. Friday, February 1st Special Release cans of this year’s release of Viking’s Lament will be available at all of our Taprooms at 11 am! As was the case last year, we expect about 85 total cases of Viking’s Lament to be available and it tends to sell out quickly. Limits will be determined based on turnout at each location. No growler or Crowler fills will be available of Viking’s Lament. We’ll also be offering our limited release Barrel Aged glass while supplies last. The three cans we will have available in Fulton this Friday are the following: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dawn Chorus 8% DIPA makes its return featuring Citra, Vic Secret and Galaxy to double down on its layers of fruit forward hop and yeast derived character. Bright citrusy melon, pineapple, and a slightly dank undercurrent culminate into our signature super soft DIPA body and feel. We are shooting for 200 cases at $17.50 per 4 pack (1 case limit). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Shimmer 5% Pilsner. After what feels like (but definitely isn’t) more than enough lager fermentations to learn something, we’re beginning to feel like this beer is ready to live its best life out in the wild. 100% German Pils malt with an intentional blend of the most noble hop varietals that are all pulled together by a yeast strain that we have become quite fond of. This strain combines to create a floral, lemon hay like sweet straw profile while staying zesty dry yet still soft bodied lager. We’re quite proud to release what we’ve envisioned as our house Pilsner during what is and likely always will be a constant state of refinement and evolution in everything we do. We are shooting for 100 cases at $12 per 4 pack. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sight Lines IPA – Our West Coast influenced IPA takes shape in this 6% ABV slightly hazy pale yellow pour. Both intentionally and intensively kettle and dry hopped at various points in its life with Simcoe, Citra and Chinook. This beer delivers citrus, tangerine, melon, and a firmly crisp pine like finish. Born out of the need for something dryer and less yeast focused than usual, we’re excited to offer a hoppy beer that branches off into its own territory. $14 per 4 pack.

Today, Thursday January 31st we will be releasing Orchid. Orchid is an Imperial Stout conditioned on hundreds of pounds of Madagascar Vanilla Beans. This beer has notes of marshmallow & vanilla, and is balanced by a light roasted coffee. We updated the recipe to now be 15% ABV! . ABV 15% . $8/can LIMIT (8) cans

We have two new beers for you today, Thursday the 31st of January. A Play About Friendship is an 8% DIPA hopped with Centennial and Eukanot. Winter Friend is a can conditioned, can conditioned can conditioned, saison. $18 a four pack for A Play About Friebdship. $16 a four pack for a Winter Friend. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ A Plag About Friendship, an 8% DIPA hopped with Centennial and Eukanot, features notes of citrus grooves, orange blossom honey, candied pears, mysterious lollipops, sweetened pie dough, and strange clementines.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Winter Friend is a little can conditioned saison, how cool is that? It was fermented with our foraged saison, far out, right? Discretely hopped with aged hops, Opal, and Saaz. Richly golden, notes of dark wildflower honey, well made early 2000’s pale ales, chewy gum and smelly peaches, mid tide sea spray, and candy cigarettes.
