What Is The Bruery Sending to Great American Beer Festival
We’ve just learned what The Bruery of Placentia, CA is sending to the granddaddy of them all, the Great American Beer Festival. Stay tuned here at The Full Pint from now until GABF to find out all the info we are gathering for you. Cheers!
What is The Bruery pouring at the festival floor?
Tart of Darkness
Saison Tonnellerie
Oude Tart with Cherries
Sour in the Rye with Peaches
Chocolate Rain
Bryeian at the Pro-Am booth on Thursday
We are also part of the Farm to Table pavillion this year where we are paired with Chef Kelly Whitaker of Boulder’s Pizzeria Basta. There, we will be pouring White Chocolate paired with a campfire vanilla panna cotta, bitter almond gelee and smoked sugar honeycomb as well as Beauregarde paired with hearth baked brettanomyces bread, chicken liver espuma and black cat farm onion marmalade.
We’ll be a part of the “Young Guns” dinner at The Kitchen in downtown Denver on the Wednesday before GABF along with our good friends from Crooked Stave, Cigar City and Jester King (and maybe more?). Our featured beers will be Windowsill and Mash&Grind.
Saturday morning, as always, we’ll be holding a beer brunch with The Cheeky Monk. Beers such as Autumn Maple, Bois, Or Xata and Windowsill will be making an appearance, plus some specialties will be shared around the room by Patrick and our crew.
Oh, and we’ll be at Crooked Stave’s “What The Funk?” festival as well as at the Rare Beer Tasting. What a week!
