BrewDog Joins The Craft Can Revolution
Earlier this year, BrewDog asked us what beer of theirs would we like to see put into cans, rather than bottles. @BrewDogJames sent me some cool pictures, indicating that they have decided on canning one of their flagship beers.
May I present to you, the BrewDog Punk IPA can. The first picture is the prototype shown in this blog post, and the second is a six pack of Punk IPA. Many US craft brewers have gone to cans, not only because they provide the consumer with fresher beer, but they are also more economical and versatile . I am very pro can, and when the bigger names like Avery and BrewDog join pioneers Oskar Blues, it chips away at the stigma that cans are inferior to glass.

Avery? …..I think of Boulder Beer as a bigger name than Avery.
