Boulder Beer To Release Slope Style Winter IPA
Boulder, CO – Boulder Beer Company, Colorado’s First Craft Brewery, will release a new winter seasonal brew this week called Slope Style Winter IPA.
Red in color with a perfect blend of five malts and a blast of piney Horizon hops, Slope Style is a hearty, cold weather Red IPA to complement your ski and snowboard season.
“Whatever your altitude, you can drink-in a little bit of Colorado with this beer,” said Tess McFadden, Marketing Director at Boulder Beer. “But if you live here and have the benefit of enjoying a Slope Style at the base of the mountain after an epic powder day, even better!”
Slope Style Winter IPA will be available in most markets where Boulder Beer is sold in 12-ounce 6-pack bottles and draught. It will be available to ship beginning this week and be on the shelves as long as the snow flies.
For those living in the Boulder area, the brewery will tap its first kegs of Slope Style Winter IPA this Thursday, October 16th at 4pm. Festivities during the release party include a prize drawing for two pairs of lift tickets to Loveland Ski Area, the infamous Frozen T-Shirt Contest to win a keg of Slope Style, and for those brave with scissors a Snowflake Cutting Contest to win prizes for most creative snowflakes.
Founded in 1979, Boulder Beer Company has been a pioneer in the craft brewing industry for 35 years. Their passion for innovation keeps their brand mix diverse, offering a taste for every palate. They currently package six year-round beers, numerous rotating seasonals, and periodically release very limited-edition, small-batch brews throughout the year.
