Bootlegger’s Brewery Holiday Drive
(Fullerton,CA) – Our Bootlegger’s holiday drive this year will focus on supporting a local 6 year old girl named Katherine and the King family as Katherine courageously fights DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma), a form of brain cancer located in the brain stem. Katie was diagnosed on June 2nd, 2015. Currently, there is no cure for this disease and it has an average survival rate of 9 months. Funds for our “Katherine the Brave” holiday drive will go towards her medical expenses and Katie’s “Fun Wish List”. A portion will also be donated to The McKenna Claire Foundation for pediatric brain cancer in support for continued research and awareness in finding a cure for DIPG. Please help us show support to Katie and her family, as well as raise awareness for this disease in hopes to finding a cure! This kicks off FRIDAY 11/27 till 12/20!

Katherine the Brave Wall: Show your support by donating at least $1 and signing our Katherine the Brave grey ribbon cut out so that we can proudly display all the supporters on our tasting room wall!
Katherine the Brave Clothes for the Cause Clothing Drive: Show your support to Katie by donating bags of clothing and unwanted material. This includes: CLOTHING any condition – new, used, SHOES any kind/any condition, single or paired; TOWELS bath, kitchen, rags; SHEETS, BLANKETS, QUILTS; CURTAINS/DRAPERY; PURSES, BELTS synthetic/leather; THROW RUGS (not carpet); TABLECLOTHS, PLACEMATS, STUFFED ANIMALS, LUGGAGE, HATS and MUCH MORE! CANNOT ACCEPT::: Glass, Breakables, Bed Pillows, Pet Beds, Commercial Linens, Books, Toys (non- material) or Electronics. On Sunday Dec 13th, Clothes for the Cause will be at the tasting room to pick up all the bags and donate money towards Katie’s Cause. They will be recycling all these unwanted items: reusable clothing will be donated to people in need, stained clothing will be turned into wiping cloths, old denim will be recycled into household insulation, etc. (clothesforthecausefundraising.com)
