Bolero Snort’s Latest Seasonal – Fall Pasture
Ridgefield Park, NJ – As the weather starts to change from hot and humid to cool, crisp days, it’s almost time for leaf-crunching, sweaters, and hoodies. Bolero Snort Brewery is getting ready for autumn with Fall Pasture, the newest entrant to its seasonal offerings. Fall Pasture will be available on draft and in four packs of 12oz bottles. Fall Pasture began rolling out to Bolero Snort’s self-distribution network this past Friday, August 15, 2014.
“As a home-brewer Fall Pasture was always one of most sought after beers and even won a few competitions,” explains founder Bob Olson. “We are incredibly excited to be putting it into production this year.”
At 7% ABV, there’s enough to this beer to take the chill out of the air without being a one glass knockout. This deep copper ale is malty with a delicate sweetness, balanced by the spices of the season, along with an off-white head. It fizzes with the aroma of a warm pumpkin pie fresh from the oven.
These should last about as long as the remaining hot days so grab some before it’s gone!
Pairing Notes:
Appetizer: Baked Brie with Cranberry Relish
Entrée: Turkey, Roasted Root Vegetables
Cheese: Sharp Cheddar, Gouda
Dessert: Caramel Flan, Dark Chocolate Truffles
