Honeysuckle Rose a Belgian-Style Blonde Ale is an elegant golden ale of moderate-strength with subtle Belgian complexity, slightly sweet flavors of orange and lemon, and a dry finish. The beer is brewed with Pilsner, Munich, and other specialty malts, then hopped with Hallertauer and Liberty. A sensational Belgian flavor profile that’s assured to satisfy your soul! Notes: Orange, Lemon-pepper and Honeysuckle. Recommended Food Pairings: Shellfish, Pork, Poultry and Cheese.
“Honeysuckle Rose is a very solid recipe that is brewed with quality and consistency. This beer is Blue Earl’s most popular beer right now, and we’re proud to be able to release it year-round. It was first produced as a homebrewed recipe for my wife “Rosemary” who fell in love with it, and the recipe eventually made it’s way to the brewery to become a huge fan favorite.” (Ron Price – Founder/Brewmaster)
Honeysuckle Rose will be distributed throughout Delaware, and coming soon to Maryland. The beer will be packaged in 24/12oz bottles, and also offered on-draft at bars and restaurants.
