Sticky Hands Bottles & Draught
Back is the base version of Sticky Hands! After a couple rounds of keeping the recipe constant we decided to make two adjustments by tweaking the specialty malt in the grist and increasing the second dry hop. This has brought the experience even closer to our dream of hoppy enlightenment!
On tap Friday June 6th, bottles available Saturday the 7th. $8.50/750ml limit 4
3-Way IPA Release Dates
We have been collaborating with our friends at Fort George and Boneyard this past year for a soon to be released IPA. This wonderfully aromatic and crisp IPA, brewed at Fort George, will be available on draught and in 16 oz cans!!! Check out the link for release dates around the Northwest.
The Corvallis release is at Les Caves on June 20th at 4pm. Featured will be the 3-Way on tap, from a cask, and in cans alongside taps from all three breweries. In addition the kitchen will be offering a special 3-way slider plate!

June 28th Bottle Release
Four beers from our wild cellar will be released Saturday June 28th: Golden Canary, Turbulent Consequence Cassis & Peche, and The Les Caves Anniversary beer Farm to Fruit Apricot. Unfortunately, due to a broken pipe and flooding, we were not able to bottle Ferme de la Ville Provisions. We plan on offering brunch reservations at Les Caves and Block 15. A newsletter will be sent out next week with detailed beer information and reservation instructions.
