Single Origin Coffee Speedway Stout
We are excited to announce the bottling of single origin coffee versions of Speedway Stout. For those of you that might not know, single origin coffee referring to a coffee or cacao varietal with a single known geographical origin. Sometimes this is a single farm or a specific collection of beans from a single country.
While we’re not quite ready to announce all of the single origin beans that we plan to use, we will be bottling and distributing the first of these variations on our award winning Speedway Stout later this year. What we can tell you is that the very rare Kopi Luwak beans from Sumatra will be one of the first releases. We’ll keep you posted in future newsletters!
Summer YuleSmith
Hop heads rejoice! Our latest seasonal, Summer YuleSmith Holiday Ale, is currently out and available for purchase. Packaged in a red and blue 22 oz. bottle, Summer YuleSmith is a bold and flavorful Double IPA. An abundance of American varietal hops gives this beer its’ signature flavor and aroma profile, full of citrus, pine, and grapefruit-like characteristics. The hops also lend balance to the malty sweetness, adding to the overall smoothness of the body and mouthfeel.
Look for AleSmith YuleSmith Holiday Ale this summer at finer stores, bars, and restaurants. You can also visit the brewery during our retail hours for Summer Yule bottle purchases.
